Bandwidth
Bandwith is the amount of data transferred into and out of your account. Data is transferred into your account when you upload files via FTP to your account and data is out of your account when someone visits your website. However, these are just two examples of bandwidth being passed. Bandwidth is also consumed when you send or retrieve e-mail, or use Telnet. Bandwidth is measured in Gigabytes per month. For example, we allow clients 20GB of transfer per month on the Monster Unix plan, and 35GB per month on the Ultimate Unix plan. This includes both incoming and outgoing bandwidth.
